Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 memberikan efek yang masif karena kecepatan penularannya. Untuk menekan kecepatan penularan virus, kebijakan work from home dipilih pemerintah sebagai salah satu alternatif. Dengan mengurangi mobilitas pekerja, harapannya risiko penyebaran virus dalam perjalanan ke tempat kerja ataupun di tempat kerja itu sendiri dapat berkurang. Penelitian ini meneliti seberapa besar pengaruh status kerja terhadap persepsi pekerja terhadap quality of life mereka yang dilihat dari aspek mental health, physical health, dan kepuasan hidup yang diukur dengan kusesioner 36 Item Short Form Survey (SF36) dan Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS). Selain itu akan dilihat apakah aspek demografi, status kesehatan dan juga socio-economic status dapat mempengaruhi quality of life atau justru memoderasi hubungan antara status kerja terhadap quality of life. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa status kerja berpengaruh terhadap dimensi role functioning/emotional pekerja. Faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup adalah status pernikahan, gender, ada tidaknya penyakit kronis, kebiasaan berolahraga, kriteria BMI, pendapatan, dan provinsi domisili.
